Construction methods

1. Clean the slot joints and ensure that there is no water or powder dust in the gaps to avoid uneven surfaces and easy peeling after construction.

2. For polished tiles, glazed tiles, and other porcelain surfaces that are smooth, they can be directly constructed without applying Meiwen paper. For antique tiles, it is recommended to use Meiwen paper to apply it flat on both sides of the gap for protection before construction.

3. Install a dedicated glue nozzle and a dedicated glue gun.

4. Press the glue gun and remove about 30cm of glue from the front to avoid uneven mixing. Start applying glue and maintain a stable and balanced speed during the application process.

5. After the glue is applied, use a pressure joint ball to scrape and straighten the glue.

6. Construction is completed.

matters needing attention

During the construction process, continuous gluing should be carried out. If the gluing is interrupted for more than 20 minutes, the colloid in the mixing tube is prone to solidification, and the mixing tube should be replaced before continuing the construction. Use a dedicated glue gun for construction, first remove 20cm of glue and discard it to ensure uniform mixing of the glue inside the mixing tube.

Kind reminder

When the storage or transportation environment temperature is below 10 ℃, please immerse this product in hot water at around 50 ℃ for more than 10 minutes before use for better results. Otherwise, it may cause blockage or uneven mixing.
